The series on "Finding the Inward Path", would not be complete if I did not say a word or two about the redemptive value of human suffering. Some people have questioned the value of suffering and often in their anger and frustration they blame God with statements like, "How can a loving God allow such suffering in the world?" For many, suffering is a real obstacle and test of their faith.
