Only Committed Souls Need Apply

You'll have to sit up and pay attention to this, I'm afraid. It's one of those good news/bad news deals.

The good news: There's a promotion in your future. It's a big one, well worth it and you'll be all the better during your turn at bat by preparing for it. The bad news is that others vying for this very position are already in training.

I know the bad news part blows, but try and bear up.

As it turns out, you are receiving this notice just in time. Yes, it could have been sent to you earlier, perhaps cutting out the sense of last minute rush, but apparently you were in no mood to receive it. So there you have it.

And here it is: there is a massive hunger in our society right now for leaders. For true leaders in any commercial endeavor today, that appetite translates as need, and, as formally stated through the Primal Precept of Elementary Business Supply And Demand means, it's your market.

For decades, many corporations followed the dogma of the Yes Man. He got the job. He took the company nowhere. His function has been realized as of no value. Stockholders are demanding sustainable numbers, thus the need for experience. There is a dearth of skilled, forward thinking leadership, world wide. If you want it, the spot is yours. Those considering this gig, look attentively at jumping in pronto - with both feet.

Once in, look around at the company of which you are a part. The ones who are serious about prepping for these jobs are a committed lot. For them there is no turning back.

They know the right-fitting strategic leader that any company needs for its financial growth has already begun her Key Inner Growth. They know this is personal trek, a one entity, ground of being task, and they have already begun learning more. How?

It starts with examining each thought and continues with carefully choosing among them for further rumination just those that will constructively help everything move forward. The new leaders are making lists and crossing off old thoughts re-inspected and goals accomplished as they make their way to further achievement.

They immerse themselves in feelings of satisfaction and gratitude ("things of good report"). Their hearts are filled first with gladness for the wonder and miracle of life itself, and next for all our needs FULFILLED.

These are deliberately chosen thoughts and feelings. They are designed to keep the electromagnetic energies in your spiritual-through material systems humming along in a nice, positive manner.

The new innovators guard against the Illusion Of Not Being Here, of "almost getting there," of questioning the quality of their understanding. They recognize their position as captain of their ship, their course as leaning toward the good and their responsibility to avoid nourishing negative speculation.

They now know to better steer their space-time vessel with the clarity and certainty of Choice and Knowing. True Navigators never hold as true in their heart the Notion Of Separation, such as "please help me get this manifestation fulfilled," "...going to be" free or "...on the way to" bounty; rather always keeping the heart focused on positive emotions and thought, such as gratitude from already having received the gift and/or achieving the aim.

Their knowledge is ours to live.

The lessons are learned: keep it where you can do something about it, Here And Now. The emotions connected to Something About To Occur are yearning while the feelings of an Occurence After The Fact are joyous and grateful right now, where the Point Of Power is. A thankful heart trumps an intense longing one. Ours is the ability to choose. All power and ability is only Here And Now.

The thoughts and feelings you select regarding your goal or manifestation already "HAVING BEEN FULFILLED are the much more powerful choices. Choosing the feeling related to An End Already Reached is a release from the imagined tension of its opposite.

We know our Subconscious Awareness is different from our Conscious Awareness. We call it "sub" conscious because it exists "before" or "beyond" conscious awareness in a much more pure state of creation beyond Self Awareness. In this deeper, level of innocent awareness, in the Subconscious of pre-experience, ALL EMOTIONS are treated, and responded to, as truth. That's why, on the Conscious Level, we must guard against negative feelings, states of mind, opinions and fears.

Once you have un-trained yourself to see yourself only as a mind and body, and at life as taking place "out there;" once you've taught your awareness to always begin from your true center, the qualities of a shrewdly judicious leader begin to manifest. Naturally, you Anticipate. Intuitively, you Interpret. From beyond the filter of thought, you Think Critically. Knowing, you Decide. Instinctively, you Align. Valuing the Way of Life, you constantly Learn.

The Real You has a job to do. The universe supports you.
