I think there are times and places for things. Spirituality is one of them. Like when a friend wants to be left alone, the last thing you want to do is to be spiritual when they need time alone to think. THEN you can be spiritual with them.

Being "too" spiritual is like being "too" pregnant or "too" alive. The very nature of spirituality and the honest exercise of seeking to be, guard against it; if I understand the question. My experience is that in the discussion and admitting of my feelings and thoughts with others and God; but especially others, I can't be more than me.
If one thinks someone is "too spiritual", than it isn't spirituality they are observing at all. Any more than being just spiritual, concerning a human being, would be GOD. God doesn't need to do anything to be God; so it is impossible to be too spiritual.
