» The Exemplar

"The Exemplar"

The exemplar is the architect of life,
His name is Jesus Gods own prototype.
A way to live and understand what’s given,
From me to you a life worth living.

The exemplar is Jesus himself,
God died and saved His Son oneself.
How can that be as this is with this our Lord?
To have done this all for all without any reward.

The reward in the end is the exemplar of life,
The word of God and Jesus in strife.
To die and be seen for all to share,
His life, His blood, because He cared.

He cared about us both you and of me,
Of what we thought and the way we should be.
How we should act, and care for one another,
To care for each other as though they were our brother.

So He created the exemplar and sent Him to die,
On a cross before us all and for all to deny.
Unless of course you wish to feel His pain.
About how His love and His purpose is gained.

We cannot even imagine what He prototyped for us,
An exemplar beyond imagination left for us to trust.
To trust and have faith in the archetype of soul,
Is God’s creation to unveil and unfold.

In simpler terms about life you been given,
Is to trust in the lord however your life is driven.
He sees through every pain and strife.
Only to add knowledge to your God given life.

God given because the of the spirit inside,
Is the place where the Lord chose to reside.
He asks that you open the door to Him.,
Releasing from your pain and your sin.

By truly acknowledging what’s born within,
Yes you my friend can a new life begin.
It's as simple as that yet so verily known,
That He speaks to your heart where it’s sewn.

It’s there deep and planted inside,
In every man and women alive.
Be grateful and happy that you are still here,
For the opportunity for a new life to rear.

The exemplar He came and then He went,
His name was Jesus the one God sent.
He came as an example to live your life,
To know Him is to Love Him no matter, no strife.

It ends right with the exemplar that is,
A way for you to find lifes real purposes.
To seek and find the real truth he provided,
Is to find a life well sought and life well guided.

So do not stop here with that thought,
Seek Him further each day as each day is brought.
It does not matter what storm or hail bails,
It’s your position with the Lord that prevails.

Be an exemplar yourself to everyone you know,
Do it now and in every word you sew.
So that time or when your day comes,
You proudly say yes I know His Son.

Nice post. Reminds me of the famous quote "be the change you want to see in the world."

All work posted is my own. I have been writing for several years and have many poems and works of the heart. I just started posting my own works on a blog I started a week ago. That was the same time I joined Spirt and Word. http://wcrtech.blogspot.com/

Thank you for your words.
