			<description><![CDATA[I don't have a name for the way I meditate, I listen to whatever comes and passes through, and just watch it, try not to judge or create ideas or definitions out of it, just pay attention. Sort of Mindfulness like I guess.<br /><br />I have done some other types of meditation, and with my brains tendency for flight, I avoid those types that give "dramatic experiential highs" my reason being they are emotional but don't produce anything life-changing in me.]]></description>
