Meditation Experience
Do you meditate? Is yes, what type of meditation do you practice and what are your experiences with it?

I practice yoga. This isn't exactly meditation, but there are similar parts.

Hi Stormie,

Yes, yoga is wonderful. There are "similar parts." In your yoga practice, what are your key experiences?

I don't have a name for the way I meditate, I listen to whatever comes and passes through, and just watch it, try not to judge or create ideas or definitions out of it, just pay attention. Sort of Mindfulness like I guess.

I have done some other types of meditation, and with my brains tendency for flight, I avoid those types that give "dramatic experiential highs" my reason being they are emotional but don't produce anything life-changing in me.
