A Path
I seek a different path
along life’s journey,
an affirmative and friendly path
without condemnation.
I seek a path
that recognizes human limitations and weaknesses
and accepts me as I am.
This path
is of the Kingdom of God
in the Here and Now,
not in some distance place or time.
The Path I seek
is not one of power and control,
having no need of those.
