Note here in step 11 that there are 3 specific times set for the practice of it; in the AM; in the PM and "when agitated or doubtful". I have been told that I might not have made step 6 and 7 clear. This can be particularly true for one that has heard personal interpretations of these steps. They are very simple steps and easily understood and quickly done, and as the book says; 'completed'.

I word of caution before we continue on. You will notice before the actual taking of step 5; the book tell us we may have rationalizations for not "telling someone our whole life story". Also before taking 6 and 7 the text has us take an hour to carefully review what we have just done; and then it has us look at page 59, which contains the 12 steps... read more
